I want to join as a new customer with Covetrus, how do I Register?
From the home page, click on the “New Customer” button. This will take you to the “Contact” page, where you need to download both New Account Application Form and the Direct Debit Mandate Form. Fill in both forms and please post these forms to us at our address on the Contact page.
I am an existing Covetrus customer and I want to start using the website, how do I join?
Click on the “Returning Customer” link from the home page.If you already have an account with Covetrus you will be able to fill out the new user registration form ,submit this form, we will send a confirming email with your log in detail etc.
How can I see the complete master price list?
After you log in, Click on the Price list tab in blue (on left of page) This tab will bring you into a view of the price list per category,The products are listed alphabetically, you can scroll down the list to find the product you want.
You could also copy and paste a product code into the search box to include in an order.
What is the best way to search for products?
If you know the stock code of the product, enter this in the search engine click enter, if not, enter the name of the product, Find product in price list copy and paste code in to search box. Alternatively you can enter a partial name for a wider search eg. cath for all catheters on the system.
How do I use My Favorites Section?
This Folder can be used to store all the products ordered frequently for easy access when you order these products again. Click on the save tag on the product before you add it to your cart. To access go to the favorites section (top rt. hand corner) as soon as you log in, You can store as many products as you like.
How do I use the Order History,
This is where you can access previous orders submitted by you on the web for checking or printing later.
Are there any Terms and Conditions?
Orders under 100 euros will incur a delivery chg. of 6 euros. Orders submitted after 4pm will be processed the following day.
How can I access Data sheets on the APHA Compendium ?
After you log in, click on the APHA icon on the top left above the product listing, this brings you to the search engine where you can search by product name or VPA number.
